All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. I understand that life happens — you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment once. Any additional rescheduling requires a new deposit and forfeits the previous deposit. Please cancel or reschedule through the booking link provided in your confirmation email.
