A 50% cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the service will be charged. I understand that unexpected things happen, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. You are welcome to reschedule once; however, any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
